Product Description
The FC series of high-power single-mode continuous fiber lasers are independently developed and produced by thermally stimulated light. By solving the bottleneck problems such as mode instability (TMI), stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) and poor beam quality that limit the average power of high-power single-mode fiber lasers to further increase, the average output power of single-resonator and single-transverse mode lasers is increased to 12000W. This series of products integrates high average power, multiple anti-high reaction, high beam quality, high electro-optical conversion efficiency, and can be widely used in fine cutting, metal welding, surface treatment, 3D printing and rapid prototyping. Especially in the metal plate cutting, not only the cutting speed is fast, but also the plate cutting seam is fine, the section is bright, compared with other similar types of lasers on the market is very obvious.

Advantages of single module fiber laser
1) In cutting applications, with the same power, the focused spot is smaller, the energy density is higher, and the thin sheet can be cut faster.
2) In welding, under the same power, greater penetration depth and smaller heat-affected area can be obtained, and the difference between the upper and lower width of the weld is small, which is close to the rectangular weld.
3) The degree of integration is higher, the size is small, the cost is low, the beam control can be carried out, and the application is broader.
